Special Guests - Kevin & Julia Garratt

For 30 years involved in education and humanitarian work in China and North Korea, the Garrat's made international news when the were arrested in China. Kevin was imprisoned for over a year,and Julia's freedom severely restricted.  They were permitted to return to Canada on Kevin's sudden release in September 2016.
